Maintenance Facilities All scheduled maintenance and heavy maintenance for NetJets aircraft is performance at Federal Airworthiness Regulations (FAR) Par 145 Certified Repair Stations, meeting the most stringent requirements set forth by the FAA.
The NetJets dedication to maintenance excellence is best demonstrated by their own state-of-the-art 120,000-square-foot, Factory Authorized FAW Part 145 Certified Repair Station located in Columbus, Ohio.

Aircraft maintenance Control Center (AMCC) The AMCC continuously monitors every aircraft in the NetJets fleet to ensure that the rigorous NetJets requirements are met. AMCC researchers and inspects reoccurring maintenance issues and serves as NetJets' technical and engineering liaison with the aircraft manufacturers. |

Quality Assurance: The Quality Assurance group is primarily responsible for the audit, approval and monitoring of maintenance vendors and suppliers. |

Quality Control: This department manages all certifications, registrations and records for each aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations. In addition they work closely with the aircraft manufacturers to develop maintenance manuals and write special FAA approved and internal inspection programs. |

Field Service: NetJets employees strategically located throughout the U.S. who provide on-site supervision of all heavy maintenance performed on NetJets aircraft outside of the Columbus facility. |

Avionics Department: This department monitors aircraft avionics issues. They troubleshoot and repair Avionic Systems on the NetJets aircraft while also controlling the replacement and repair of avionics components by the manufacturers. |
